How can I book an appointment?

Booking an appointment with Diverse Nutrition & Fitness is easy and convenient. You can schedule your appointment directly through our HUSK Nutrition on the App Store and use code: SBSGLVP2265 . Simply select the service you need, choose a date and time that works for you, and fill in your details to confirm your booking.

What services can I book online?

Our online scheduling tool allows you to book appointments for clinical nutrition counseling at this time. Soon you will be able to schedule meal delivery consultations, cooking classes, and fitness training sessions. If you require a specialized service or have specific needs, please contact our office for assistance.

How will I know when my appointment is confirmed?

Once you book your appointment online, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your appointment. You will also receive a reminder email or text message closer to your appointment date.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?


We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a $75 fee.

Late Arrivals

What happens if I am late for my appointment?


If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure that our next client can begin on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please call our office if you anticipate being late.

No-Show Policy

What if I miss my appointment without notifying the office?

Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged a $75 fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.

Emergency Cancellations

What if I have an emergency and cannot make it to my appointment?

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
